The Tishbi Winery site also has a meticulously-run boutique bakery which specializes in handmade and natural baking processes, and uses lactic acid culture without artificial ingredients.
The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the incredible aroma of bread and baked goods. Every day the bakers bake fresh bread using traditional methods, from the grinding of the flour, through kneading, and rising of the dough. The bread is then baked in the giant Le Panyol oven imported from France, fired only with natural wood brought from the orchards surrounding the winery. This natural process is extremely important to us and preserves a tradition of baking.
Like our wine production, the baking is also carried out in the same way as it once was, using traditional methods and first-class ingredients.
