In 1993, the Tishbi family purchased a traditional and original “alembic” still for brandy distillation. The alembic was made in 1912 from copper and brass, and despite its advanced age, it has maintained its beauty and greatness.
When the brandy was just three years old it already won a gold medal and award at the IWSC in London. When it was eight years old it participated in the competition again, and won a silver medal.
The wine is aged in a single barrel for ten years.
