Tishbi Restaurant in Zichron Yaakov

The romantic Tishbi Restaurant in Zichron Yaakov is situated in Zichron Yaakov’s scenic pedestrian mall, in an old and impressive stone building. This kosher, dairy restaurant offers a local cuisine, using the very best regional and seasonal produce, while paying meticulous attention to every detail. The menu offers a choice of portions which incorporate fresh, local ingredients from the Zichron Yaakov area matched to the various, unique Tishbi wines.

The restaurant serves a variety of special dishes which emerge from the hot stone Le Panyol wood-fired oven, imported from France, such as pizza with original toppings, crisp soft focaccia, and taboun-baked fish.

The menu serves as something to escape to during the week for those living in the area and interested in something different, for visitors to the picturesque town, or for a delicious stopover on the way to northern Israel.

At the end of the meal you can enjoy one of the choice of desserts which include Valrhona chocolate – the world’s best chocolate which is imported to Israel exclusively by the Tishbi Winery. The winery’s patissiers use the chocolate to produce a large selection of desserts and sweets.
