The winery tours include a visit to the production area where our guests will hear the story of the family whose history is rooted in the First Aliyah with its branches reaching into the present into the thriving family winery, and explanations about the production of the various wines. The visitors also see the authentic brandy still, which was imported from Cognac in France and the only one of its kind in Israel. At the end of the tour, the visitors enjoy wine tastings or wine and chocolate tastings, as they prefer. The tastings are accompanied by explanations about wine drinking in general and the varieties of wine produced at the Tishbi Winery in particular.
The Visitors Center offers tastings of wine and of the French brand name chocolate, Valrhona. The connection between chocolate and wine begins in nature, and the common origin of these two products creates perfect harmony. The cooperation and sharing of knowledge between Valrhona and the Tishbi Winery is the basis for a unique idea – combined tastings of quality wine and chocolate. In our Tastings Center, where you can also see our unique copper and brass brandy still from Cognac, the wine is served in crystal glasses, in accordance with the variety of grape and under optimal conditions. The walls of the vast room are filled from top to bottom with shelves loaded with bottles of wine and chocolate, creating an exceptional atmosphere for wine and chocolate lovers.
